Welcome to Crafts to Go!  We are a family built company and have been in business for approximately 8 years now.  My husband, two girls, an aunt and a very good friend help to keep things together.  They are very good and reliable and haven't gone on strike yet!  We feel we have developed and designed a very extensive product line with more coming all the time.  Great pride is taken in our work and it is given to you, our customers, in each and every design created just for you.  We use only the highest quality materials in our gel candles.  A high density gel which produces a more fragrant candle and one that will burn 4-5 times longer than paraffin.  Our products are tested, tested and tested some more before they reach the public for sale.  We thrive on safety as well as quality.  You can see that by the testimonials written by our customers.  They have tried the rest, and came back to Crafts to Go for the best. 

We tried new designs weekly and once done to perfection we get them to the website for sale.  We do a lot of custom orders such as, photo candles, weddings, showers and just fun occasions. 

Return Policy

We stand behind our product 100%.  All orders are packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.  We mostly ship Priority Mail and insure all of our packages.  Average processing time is 7-10 days.  We will accept returns on items that may be damaged or something wrong with them.  No returns are offered just because you have changed your mind and do not want the product.  You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your package if there is any problems with it.  We will then have you mail the product back and once received with will ship out new product to you and we will refund your shipping to us.

We accept all credit cards, Master card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  We all accept any through Paypal Paypal, checks and/or money orders.  Orders will not be shipped until payment is cleared.  All of our credit cards run through Propay and are cleared immediately.  There is a charge of $25 for any return payments. 

All orders are made "fresh" when ordered.  We do not have items sitting on a shelf waiting for orders.  We will make your order to your specifications on color and scent.  We will try to accommodate any of your requests, if at all possible.
